Q. How soon will you start my project?
A. We’ll start the job within 5 hours on receipt of all project requirements from you.

Q. What type of information do you require from us?
A. We require text contents, width x height in inches/pixels, file formats, preferable color combinations, sample references if any. Any other information you may wish to furnish.

Q. How long will it take to view the first draft? How many design concepts you will provide me?
A. We’ll submit 3-5 design concepts for the first draft within 3-4 working days.

Q. On approval, how long will it take for the completion of my project?
A. After completion of all changes/revisions the final files will be sent by a single zip url within one working day.

Q. How many revisions are allowed?
A. Five revisions per project are allowed. If any additional revision is required we would like to charge $10 per hour. BUT regular clients will be offered UNLIMITED revisions.

Q. What final files format would you provide me?
A. We can provide industry standard files format, which is suitable for both web and
print ready formats (300 dpi, CMYK, full/0.25” bleed, low/high resolution PDF etc)

Q. Who owns the design after completion of the job?
A. You own all rights after completion of the job.

Q. Would your designs cause any copyright problems?
A. No. Our designs are fresh and not available anywhere. So your concerns are unfounded.

Q. What are your communication methods?
A. We prefer E-mail, Yahoo and MSN IM chat only. Both of our Yahoo and MSN IM is Kiran_kbinfosys.

Q. What is your mode of payment?
A. We prefer Paypal.

Q. Would you use my approved designs into your portfolio?
A. With your consent and acceptance only we’ll include your design into our portfolio.

Q. Who is responsible for my project? And what is their email?
